Wash the potatoes an cut them in preferable sizes
Boil the potatoes approx 10 minutes, and then let them cool down.
Wash the vegetables and cut the in preferable sizes.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and pour olive oil and spices and mix again.
Let the potato salad rest in the fridge until serving.
