Shrimp cheese cake
4.5
5 Reviews.
This is a really good but different way of preparing a non sweet cheese cake with a delicious combination with cream cheese, shrimps and a dark bottom, which gives this cake a wonderful creamy taste. It is perfect as a starter, side dish, or why not have it on the buffet table, and the cake is even better if you prepare it one day before. To decorate the cake with some fresh shrimps, lumpfish roe, dill and citron gives an extra nice touch to it all.

Tartiflette cheese pie
3.3
3 Reviews.
A classic tartiflette gratin is made with potatoes and bacon. This recipe is using the tartiflette cheese in a pie made of puff pastry rolls instead, and it is both fun and easy to prepare. If you don’t find any tartiflette cheese you can use any cheese that melts well. Can be served as a starter, appetizer or part as a buffet.

This sweet bread is called pains au lait and is a French bread served for breakfast. The bread is soft on both the inside and the outside, not as other french bread with a relatively hard surface. It fits good together with some salted butter or sweet jam. Can be served as a starter or to bring on a picnic.
