Preheat the oven at 220 degrees Celsius.
Cut the chicken fillets in long slices, put them in a frying pan and start frying together with the margarine.
Cut the onion in small pieces and add in the frying pan.
Press the garlic cloves in a garlic press and add in the frying pan.
Continue to fry for another five minutes. Add salt and the oregano in the frying pan right before the chicken are done.
Take away the frying pan from the stow and pour the chicken in a oven form.
Mix the blue cheese, the sour cream and the vegetable bouillon in a bowl. Pour it over the chicken and mix it together.
Put the oven form in the oven for thirty minutes. Take out the chicken and serve direct together with rice or pasta for example.
