Cut the peanuts in small pieces.
Press the garlic cloves and pour in a small bowl.
Boil the noodles according to the Instructions on the box.

In a sauce pan heat up canola oil.
Add the garlic cloves and fry on low heat for 2 minutes.
Add the ginger powder and stir.
Take away the sauce pan from the stow.
Add the hot water, peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and syrup. Stir well.
Pour in portion size bowls.
Sprinkle peanuts, green onion and bean sprouts and serve warm.
