This is a soft white bread with pumpkin seeds. The bread is made with normal wheat flour, but if you prefer a darker bread, you can use graham flour instead. A perfect bread to serve together with a soup.

Crumble the yeast in a bowl and mix it with the water until it is lump free.

Pour the flour, 2/3 of the pumpkin seeds, and salt in the bowl and mix it to a smooth dough.

Place a towel on the bowl and let the dough rest for minimum 2 hours.

Start the oven at 225 degrees Celsius.

Place the dough in a long baking form, and sprinkle the seeds on top of the bread.
