Preheat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius.
Cover a round baking form with a baking paper.
Grate the almond paste and mix with the butter. Add the hazelnut powder, cacao powder, cream, sugar and one egg and mix well.
Cut the puff pastry in half. Place one half on the baking paper. Spread evenly the filling on the bottom.
Place the other half of the puff pastry on top. Roll the edges together.
Whisk an egg and brush the cake with.
Place the cake in the oven for 50 minutes. Take it out and let it cool down in room temperature.
