This is a different version of the classical Italian lasagna, but with chicken and curry. It is made with the same cheese sauce but adding the curry. The cheese sauce make the lasagna creamy and soft. You can add som nuts like peanuts or cashew nuts to enhence the flavor.

200 gr Grated cheese

600 ml Milk

1 teaspoon Salt

9 medium size Dry lasagna plates

Start the oven on 220 degrees Celsius on electrical heat.

Chop the chicken and onion in small pieces, and fry it in a frying pan for 5 minutes.

Melt the butter in a sauce pan, and add the flour in the melted butter and stir it together.
