My kids loves eating tacos, Nachos, enchiladas you name it. But one weekend they couldn't agree on what they wanted when asked. So I was thinking, what about making something new. I came up with this dish we now calling tortilla lasagna. A homemade quick and easy oven baked Mexican inspired food, that fits any day of the week.

Ingredient List for 6 servings:

100 gr Taco spices

8 Tortilla breads

150 gr Grated cheese

6 Tortilla chips

100 ml Water
Oven temperature:
200 degrees Celsius
Instructions:

Fry the minced beef. Add 100 ml water and the taco spices, and continue frying until the water is gone.
