Cut the chicken in small pieces.
In a bowl mix the egg, salt, pepper, cornstarch, flour and the soy sauce. Add the water and mix gently.
Pour the chicken in the bowl and mix it well. Let the chicken rest a few minutes.
Cook the rice according to de description on the package.
Mix the orange juice, brown sugar, rice vinegar, soy sauce, paprika powder, ginger powder and salt.
Press the garlic clove in a garlic press end add to the sauce.
Mix the cornstarch and water and mix with the rest of the sauce.
In a frying pan add the oil and let it get hot. Add gently the chicken and fry until golden brown.
Take the chicken away and dry on a paper. Let rest a few minutes.
Pour the sauce in a frying pan. When it boils add the chicken. Cook until the chicken is sticky, and the sauce is almost gone in the frying pan.
Serve it together with the rice.
