Cover a pie form bottom and a bit up on the edges with the pie shell.
Pick the bottom on a few places with a fork.
Place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven at 200 degrees.
Place the pie bottom in the middle of the oven for 10 min.
Whip the eggs and the milk with a fork.
Add the salt, pepper, spinach, and grated cheese and mozzarella and stir.
Take out the bottom and pour the cheese mixture in.
Place the pie it in the oven for 25 minutes.
Take it out and let it cool down.
