Sauce
Put the cream cheese in a small bowl, and add all the spices for the sauce in the bowl and stir it all together.
Put the sauce in the fridge while you cooking the rest of the food.
Salmon and potato
Wash the potatoes and put them in a casserole and boil them.
While the potatoes are boiling, cut the salmon in 4 pieces.
Squeeze the juice of half a lemon on the salmon, and then rub the spices on both sides of the salmon pieces.
Heat up a frying pan and fry and put in the butter. Fry the salmon on both sides so they become light pink in the color.
While the salmon and potatoes are on the stow, wash the arugula and put it on the plates.
Put 1 slice of cheddar cheese on top of the arugula.
When the potatoes are ready cut them in thin slices and put them on the plates.
Put the salmon on top of the cheddar cheese.
Take out the sauce from the fridge and put some on top of the salmon.
Now the dish is ready to serve.
