Homemade Swiss hazelnuts Macaroons with only 4 ingredients, that are both quick and easy to prepare. These Hazelnut Macaroons are traditional Swiss Christmas cookies. Perfect little treats to serve as part of the dessert buffet, when you have friends and family over for a party.

Preheat the oven at 200 degrees Celsius.
