Put all the different ingredients except the ribs in a bowl and mix it all together with a fork.
Put the ribs in a plastic bag, and pour the marinade in the bag. Rub the meat with the marinade, and make sure the meat is covered by the marinade.
Let the ribs in the bag for at least 3 hours so the meat really soak in the marinade.
Put the ribs on the grill and grill it on one side at the time for approx 100 minutes each. No matter what kind of grill you use it is important that the heat is not to high.
Take off the ribs from the grill and cut the meat so you get the ribs one by one, and eat them direct.
