Crumble the yeast in a bowl. Add the honey, salt, and lukewarm water. Mix well until it’s lump free.

Add the olive oil and milk and mix well.

Add the flour and work the batter to a smooth dough.

Cover the bowl with a baking towel over the bowl and let it rest for 1 hour. Make sure it’s rested in a warm place.
