Toasted bread slices with chicken, goat cheese and tomatoes on top, is a simple but delicious starter. Instead of using french baguette you can toast a bigger bread slice and divide it in two. The classical Italian crostini bread makes the starter more crispy and easy to eat in one bite.
Cut the bread, the goat cheese, tomatoes, and the chicken and in thin slices.
Fry the chicken in a frying pan.
Toast the bread in a toaster.
Place one or two chicken slices on each bread slice, top it with goat cheese and tomatoes. Sprinkle oregano and some olive oil on top of the crostini and you are ready to serve your starter to your guests.
