Toasted bread slices with chicken, goat cheese and tomatoes on top, is a simple but delicious starter. Instead of using french baguette you can toast a bigger bread slice and divide it in two. The classical Italian crostini bread makes the starter more crispy and easy to eat in one bite.

An easy starter to prepare and nice way to start a Italian inspired Evening. Maybe not the first that comes in mind when you think of an Italian Carpaccio, but will be a really tasty treat.
If you are up for a healthy and different pizza this one is a perfect tasteful one. It is a different taste because it do not have any normal cheese, instead it has a salty Greek cheese called halloumi. This cheese can become a bit rubbery in the texture if it is cooked to long time. It is good to put some more olive oil in the hummus so it do not feel to dry.

The combination of the chocolate, amaretto liqueur and sour cream makes a wonderful and creamy dessert, that will be the perfect ending of a good dinner. If you don't like sour cream you can decorate it with chocolate and strawberries instead.
