Topping
Wash the olives under water, and put it in a blender or a mixer.
Peel the garlic clove and squeeze it with a garlic press, and put the garlic together with the olives.
Pour the olive oil and the spices together with the olives and the garlic, and mix it all to a dip.
Put the dip in a bowl and let it rest in the fridge until it is time to put it on the pizza.
Bottom
Crumb the yeast in a big bowl, and add the honey and the salt.
Pour finger warm water in the bowl and stir slowly until it is lump free.
Add the olive oil in the mixture.
Add the flour and work the dough so it become shiny and smooth.
Put a plastic film and a towel over the bowl, and let it rest for 40-60 minutes in the oven without any heat.
Take out the dough from the oven, and roll it in the shape you like to have it. Place the pizza bottom on a baking paper.
Start the oven at 175 degree Celsius.
Take out the olive dip from the fridge and put it evenly on the pizza.
Cut the mozzarella cheese in thin slices, and put it on the pizza.
Put the pizza in the bottom of the oven for approx 20 minutes.
Take out the pizza and before you serve it sprinkle the oregano on the pizza evenly.
