Cut the chicken in small pieces.
Whip the egg whites to a foam.
Add the cornstarch and water and mix well.
Pour the chicken in the bowl and mix gently. Make sure to coat the chicken thoroughly.
Heat up the cooking oil in a frying pan. Fry the chicken on both sides. Might need to make this in several turns.
In a big bowl mix the mayonnaise, and soy sauce.
Add the chicken in the bowl and cover the chicken well with the glaze.
Serve warm and sprinkle some seeds on top.
