Cut the chicken in small pieces.
Boil the rice accordingly the Instructions on the bag.
Whip the egg whites to a foam.
Add the cornstarch and water and mix well.
Pour the chicken in the bowl and mix gently. Make sure to coat the chicken thoroughly.
Heat up the frying oil in a frying pan. Fry the chicken on both sides. Might need to make this in several turns.
In a big bowl mix the mayonnaise, honey and sweet condensed milk.
Add the chicken in the bowl and cover the chicken well with the glaze.
Serve warm together with some rice. Sprinkle some sesame seeds on top.
