These homemade coconut and oatmeal cookies combines the chewy texture of oatmeal with the sweet, tropical flavor of coconut. My kids love helping in the kitchen so I often let them bake this cookies, as they are both quick and easy to prepare. The result gives you deliciously satisfying cookies that balances sweetness and texture perfectly.
