This is a healthy fish burger served together with potato cakes instead of traditional hamburger bread. You can use any kind of fish you like, but it is very good together with fresh tuna fillets. Instead of having fries on the side we recommend a healthy green salad.

This sweet French beignet is a deep-fried choux pastry sprinkled with powdered sugar and has a round shape. The taste is more like a cake than the English and American fritter version and by the way is not round but square. This recipe uses yeast and there by it makes this beignet to a boule de Berlin.
It is not so usual to cook tuna together with soy sauce, bacon and olives, but it gives a nice flavor combination. If the soy sauce makes it to salty, you can add some white wine to make it less strong. The tuna fits together with rice or fresh mushrooms on the side.
Homemade French Gougères can be made commonly with gruyère, comté, or emmentaler cheese. This recipe is made with Comté cheese and make the bread very soft and fluffy. The bread can be served as a starter, appetizer or for a late Sunday brunch.
