This is a healthy fish burger served together with potato cakes instead of traditional hamburger bread. You can use any kind of fish you like, but it is very good together with fresh tuna fillets. Instead of having fries on the side we recommend a healthy green salad.

A classical French Croque Monsieur sandwich made with ham and cheese, covered with a cheese sauce. It is a typical bistro dish but with this recipe you can make the dish at home. This easy to make sandwich is fun to do together with the kids and is a great recipe to get them involved to help in the kitchen.
This is more of a mingle food than a typical soft bread. It is salty thanks to the ham and olives. If you cut the bread in small cubes it is better served as a starter or a side dish than on the breakfast table. It is possible to change to black olives if you prefer it over the green ones.
A French dish made with cheese, potatoes and bacon, perfect to make on a cold winter day. The original recipe is made with Reblechon cheese, but this one is made with the stronger Munster cheese. If you eat it in a restaurant, you will most probably get it served in a terrine form.
