I love comforting, flavorful classic take away food, but prefer it homemade. This chicken fried rice is the perfect balance of simplicity and satisfaction, and is perfect when you have left over rice. A mixture of colors and texture with soy sauce and sesame oil brings it all together with a rich, savory depth. This dish tastes just as good as your favorite takeout, if not better.
