Boil the rice accordingly to the Instructions on the box. Let it cool down.
Cut the paprika, onion and chicken in small pieces.
In a frying pan heat up 1 tablespoon of the sesame oil.
Start frying the chicken and onion. When the chicken is half done, add the soy sauce and continue to cook.
Take away the chicken and soy sauce from the frying pan, but keep it for later.
In the frying pan add the rest of the sesame oil and fry the rice for 5 minutes.
Add the soy sauce with chicken, paprika, peas and corn. And stir together. Cook for a few minutes. serve warm.
