Mashed potatoes
Peal and cut the potatoes in medium sized pieces.
Put the potatoes in a casserole and add water so it cover the potatoes.
When the water is boiling, lower the heat and let the potatoes boil until they are really soft.
Pour away the water from the casserole, and put it on the side.
Mash lightly the potatoes with an electric mixer.
Add the butter and mix with the electric mixer.
Add the milk and the spices well with the electric mixer until you get the consistence you like.
