Fry the minced meat with the olive oil in a frying pan
Reduce the heat, add the water and the taco spices and stir together. Cook under a lid until the water is boiled away.
Cut the radish and the tomatoes.
Open the bag with tortilla bread shed as boats and put 4 in the microwave for 30 minutes.
Place the minced meat, the veggies and sprinkle cheese on the tortilla breads.
Put some sour cream on top. Serve together with nacho chips.
