Start the oven with electrical heat at 165 degrees Celsius.
Place the butter in the microwave for 30 seconds to get it soft, and mix it to a soft mousse with an electrical mixer.
Add the white and brown sugar, baking soda, vanilla sugar, cinnamon, and salt and mix well.
While stirring add the eggs and all the flour.
Pour the oatmeal and the raisins and stir everything together with a big wooden spoon.
Place a baking paper on a baking sheet, and scoop desired size of the dough on the paper. Do not place the cookies to tight they will grow in size in the oven.
Bake until the surface is golden brown. Take out the cookies and let the cool down.
