Preheat the oven at 200 degrees Celsius.
In a casserole pour 100 milliliters of the milk, and stir together.
Add another 100 milliliters and stir until it starts to boil.
Take away the casserole from the heat and add the rest of the milk and mix together.
In a bowl whip the eggs and the salt and pepper.
Add the eggs in the casserole with the milk mixture and mix.
Cut the ham in slices and add in the casserole.
Add the grated cheese and mix it all.
Butter the oven form and pour in the omelet batter.
Place in the middle of the oven for 20 minutes.
Take it out and serve warm with some salad and vegetables.
