Bottom
Crumb the yeast in a bowl, and add the honey and the salt.
Pour finger warm water in the bowl and stir slowly until it is lump free.
Add the olive oil and the flour, and work the dough shiny and smooth.
Put a plastic film and a baking towel over the bowl, let it rest for 40-60 minutes in the oven with no heat.
Take out the dough from the oven, and roll it out. Place the pizza bottom on a baking paper.
Start the oven at 175 degrees Celsius.
Topping
Spread the tomato sauce evenly on the pizza bottom.
Cut the hot dogs and mushrooms and add it on the pizza.
Grate the cheese and sprinkle it over the pizza.
Place the pizza in the oven for approx twenty minutes. Take out the pizza and serve it direct.
