Pour the dry yeast in a bowl and mix with the water.
Add the salt and flour and mix well to a smooth dough.
Place a towel on the bowl and place it in the oven without heat. Let it rest 4 – 6 hours.
Take out the dough from the oven and form a loaf and place it in long baking form.
Sprinkle half of the sesame seeds on the bread. Cover with a towel and let rest for 1 hour.
Start the oven at 220 degrees Celsius.
Sprinkle the bread with water and pour the rest of the sesame seeds on it.
Place in the middle of the oven for 25 minutes.
