Pie crust
Cut the butter and margarine in small pieces and place them in a bowl.
Add the flour, salt and mix it by hand so you don't have any butter lumps. Add the water and mix it all to a smooth dough.
Roll out the dough to a circle and cover a pie forms bottom and edges with the dough. Place the pie crust in the fridge while preparing the rest.
Filling
Preheat the oven at 220 degrees Celsius.
Fry the ground beef in a frying pan for approx 10 minutes. Drain away the fat.
Cut the onion in small pieces.
Mix the ground beef, spices, onion, tomato sauce, and the bread crumbles in a bowl.
Take out the pie crust from the fridge and pour the meat mixture on the bottom and press it firm so it resemble a hamburger.
Topping
In a bowl stir together the egg and milk. Add the rest of the ingredients for the topping and mix well. Pour it over the pie.
Put the pie in the middle of the oven for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and an becomes brown. Take out the pie and serve it warm.
