Chocolate mousse
Chocolate mousse
1 Review.
Homemade chocolate mousse with only 3 ingredients. It is a creamy and fluffy mousse that melts in your mouth. It will only take 5 minutes to prepare and can be made the same day as you will serve it.

Ingredient List for 4 servings:
150 gr Chocolate
300 ml Whip cream
2 Egg yellows
Break the chocolate in small pieces.
Put the chocolate and whip cream in a casserole and turn on medium heat. Stir all the time until the chocolate is melted.
Take away the casserole from the stow and let it cool down.
Pour 1 egg yellow at the time in the mixture and stir together with an electrical mixer. If the mixture gets to compact add some fluid whip cream. Make sure the mousse is smooth.
Place the mousse in small portion bowls and keep cold until it is time to serve.

This is a refreshing summer starter made with melons wrapped in serano ham, served together with salad leafs and tomatoes. Maybe not the most common starter but really salty and sweet at the same time.
If you’ve been to a German Beer garden, you most probably been introduced to the typical cheese dip called obatzda. This homemade obatzda is made with cream cheese, camembert, butter, spices and of course some beer. Don’t forget to serve it together with radishes, red onion, bread or a bretzel. This is a perfect cold summer side dish.
This is a homemade German apple strudel with a crispy surface and soft apple filling on the inside. It is both quick and easy to do, when using an already prepared phyllo pastry. It can be eaten warm or cold, depending on your preference. It is traditionally served with some vanilla cream or vanilla sauce. The cake is not so photogenic but that is not the most important, the taste is great...
