It's summer and the kids are asking to go to the beach again! You're thinking, yes why not, that will be nice and give me free time when they build sand castles !!! Sure !!! But then the question about what to eat comes back, for the 5th time. Last time I made these homemade easy to make cucumber cream cheese sandwiches, they really liked them. So I will prepare them again. Quick to make and the kids helped as well with spreading the cream cheese, placing the cucumbers, and wrapping them up.
Ingredient List for 4 servings:

Instructions:
Cut away the edges of the bread slices.
Wash and cut the cucumber in thin slices.
Spread evenly the cream cheese on one side of each bread slice.
Cover one side of half of the bread slices.
Sprinkle some salt over the cucumber slices.
Place one bread slice on top of each bread with the cucumbers.
Cut the bread in half.
Place on a plate. Sprinkle some dill over.
Place some cucumber slice on the bread and serving plate.
