Start the oven at 220 degrees Celsius.
Place a puff pastry roll in an oven form.
Pour the ham and the cheese in over the puff pastry.
Mix the eggs, milk, pepper and salt in a bowl.
Pour the egg mixture over the ham and cheese and mix a bit so the liquid reaches the bottom.
Place in the middle of the oven for 40 minutes.
Take out the pie and let it cool down a while before serving it.
