Pour the minced beef in a bowl.
Add the spices, egg, bread crumbles and the milk in the bowl, and mix it together.
Divide the minced beef in 4.
Press the minced meat with a hamburger press or by hand in to 4 hamburgers.
Grate the mozzarella cheese.
Wash the tomatoes, mushrooms and the onion and cut them in thin slices.
Heat up a frying pan, and put the hamburgers, onion and mushrooms in the pan. Fry the hamburgers well done on both sides.
Toast the hamburger bread and then sprinkle some mozzarella cheese on the buns.
Prepare the hamburgers with all the ingredients, and serve.
