It’s simple, honest, and irresistibly delicious—That's how I felt the first time I tried a Swedish shrimp sandwich. It's no fancy twists, just pure, clean Swedish flavors combined that taste like a summer day by the sea. This is a homemade version of the traditionally "Räkmacka" but served on black bread instead of traditionally white. The sweeds even celebrates this wonderful dish the 14th of October
Ingredient List for 4 servings:

Peeled shrimps

Dark bread slices

Avocados

Mayonnaise

Remoulade sauce

Cherry tomatoes

Instructions:
Boil the eggs and let them cool down.
Butter the bread slices on one side and place some salad leaves on top.
Place some slices of avocado on the salad leaves.
Peel and cut the eggs in thin slices, place evenly on the bread.
Pour some mayonnaise on the eggs and put as much shrimps as you can on top.
Decorate the sandwiches with some cucumber or tomato slices on top.
Pour some remoulade sauce over the shrimps.
Decorate with some dill as a final touch.
