Whether it is called Jambalaya or Jumbalaya, this typical Creole comfort food is eaten all over Louisiana and New Orleans in United States. This easy to prepare one-pot dish can be made with rice, shrimps, chicken, ham and so on. This homemade Jambalaya recipe is made with seafood and chicken.

300 gr Rice

Instructions:

Cook the rice according to the instructions of the package.

Peel and cut the onions in small pieces.

Wash and cut the celery in slices.

Wash and cut the tomatoes in quarters.

Wash and peel away the seeds from the peppers, cut in strips.

Cut the chicken fillets and sausages in pieces.

Heat up a big wok pan with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Fry on medium heat the vegetables for 10 minutes.
