This homemade cake roll is a modified version of the swiss roll, but with a little twist as it is coated in blue marzipan. This wonderfully soft cake is filled with cream cheese and raspberry jam. You can adapt the filling and decorate the cake so it fits any occasion.

Ingredient List for 8 servings:

500 ml Milk

1 Marzipan lid

Oven temperature:
250 degrees Celsius

Preheat the oven at 250 degrees Celsius.

Add the baking powder and stir. Add the flour and the milk and mix well.

Place a baking paper on a baking sheet. Pour evenly the batter on the baking paper and place in the middle of the oven for 5 minutes.

Take out the cake and flip it upside down on a baking paper. Let it cool down.

Spread evenly the jam on the cake and then the cream cheese.

Roll the cake together from the long side.
