Preheat the oven at 250 degrees Celsius.
Add the baking powder and stir. Add the flour and the milk and mix well.
Place a baking paper on a baking sheet. Pour evenly the batter on the baking paper and place in the middle of the oven for 5 minutes.
Take out the cake and flip it upside down on a baking paper. Let it cool down.
Spread evenly the jam on the cake and then the cream cheese.
Roll the cake together from the long side.
Cover it in the marzipan lid.
Before serving sprinkle it with some icing sugar.
