Instructions:
Place the biscuits on the plate you will serve them on.
Put 1 cheese on each biscuit.
Place 2 pepper corns on each cheese as eyes.
Cut the ham in small pieces and place as a nose on each cheese.
Cut the radishes in half and then in thin slices and place 2 on each cheese as ears.
Cut 2 chive straws in 4 and place in the back of the cheese as tails.
Cut the rest of the chive straws in short length and place 3 on each side in the front of the cheese, this way you will have the whiskers for the mice.
