Crumble the the yest in a bowl, and add warm water.
Add the honey and salt and stir until the honey is melted.
Add the olive oil and the flour and mix until you have a solid dough. Sprinkle some flour on top of the dough, and place a plastic film and a baking towel on top of the bowl.
Place the bowl in the cold oven for minimum 1 hour, or until the dough has double in size.
Start the oven at 175 degrees Celsius , if your oven has a pizza program use this one instead.
Roll out the dough to a circle on a baking paper and fold in the edges slightly. Place the paper on a baking sheet.
Put the tomato sauce evenly on the dough.
First sprinkle the grated cheese, and then the mozzarella cheese.
Place the pizza in the lower part of the oven for 20 minutes or until the dough and the cheese are golden brown.
Take out the pizza and place the arugula evenly on the pizza, then place the prosciutto, olives and the oregano on top.
The pizza is ready to be served. If you have Parmesan cheese at home you can slice a few bites on top of the pizza to enhance the taste even more.
