A typical Italian pizza with a thin bottom, prosciutto, mozzarella cheese and arugula. With this homemade dish you can make your own favorite pizza whenever you'd like to. The secret to get a perfect pizza it to use fresh ingredients, and to enhance the taste you can sprinkle Parmesan and a bit of olive oil on top of it all.

Crumble the the yest in a bowl, and add warm water.

Add the honey and salt and stir until the honey is melted.

Add the olive oil and the flour and mix until you have a solid dough. Sprinkle some flour on top of the dough, and place a plastic film and a baking towel on top of the bowl.

Place the bowl in the cold oven for minimum 1 hour, or until the dough has double in size.

Start the oven at 175 degrees Celsius , if your oven has a pizza program use this one instead.

Roll out the dough to a circle on a baking paper and fold in the edges slightly. Place the paper on a baking sheet.

Put the tomato sauce evenly on the dough.
