This homemade Blanco pizza is topped with luxurious, rich French raclette cheese. Fits perfect as a snack, or art of a buffet for a movie or game night. Or why not just enjoy t as it is with a salad on the side.

4 gr Fresh yeast

255 gr Sparkling water

10 gr Salt

200 gr Raclette cheese

50 gr Grated cheese

1 tablespoon Olive oil

Oven temperature:
400 degrees Celsius
Instructions:

Pour the flour in a baking machine.

Add the yeas in crumbles in the flour.

Pour in the water very slowly and shake the bowl so the water goes in the flour as much as possible.
