Start by making the pie crust. Mix the flour, butter and water in a bowl.
Cover a pie form with the pie crust and place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven at 225 degrees Celsius.
Place the pie crust in the middle of the oven for 10 minutes.
Cut the potatoes in thin slices.
Take out the pie crust from the oven, keep the oven on.
Cover the pie crust bottom with the cheese.
Place the potatoes in layers in the pie form.
In a bowl mix the heavy cream, eggs and salt. Pour it over the potatoes.
Sprinkle the dill and chives on top of the pie.
Place in the middle of the oven for another 40 minutes.
