This is a different Mexican inspired lasagna, instead of pasta in layers this recipe use soft tortilla bread, and in between the layers there are mince beef with 3 different cheeses, and tomato sauce.. You can add more ingredients if you wish but this is a perfect recipe to gave as a base for the tortilla lasagna. This dish goes great with a side salad with vegetables and some sour cream.

400 gr Mince beef

100 gr Feta cheese

200 gr Mozzarella cheese

30 gr Taco spices

100 ml Tomato sauce

Oven temperature:
200 degree Celsius

Start the oven at 200 degree Celsius.

Fry the mince beef in a frying pan, then add the spices and the water. Lower the temperature and boil away the water.

Grate the 3 different varieties of cheese, and put them in 3 different bowls.

Dip one tortilla bread on both sides in the frying pan with the mince beef, and place the bread in a round baking form with removable edges.
