Preheat the oven at 220 degree Celsius
Heat up an frying pan, and fry the mince beef. Add the taco spices, and the water. Lower the heat and boil away the water.
Cut the mushrooms in small pieces.
Add 1/3 of the cheese and the mushrooms and the chickpeas in the frying pan, and stir, until the cheese melts.
Pour the mixture in an oven form, and stick some nacho chips in the mixture.
Sprinkle the cheese evenly on top of the mince beef mixture and the nacho chips.
Put the form in the middle of the oven for approx 20 minutes.
In the meanwhile rinse and cut the tomatoes in small pieces.
You can add some paprika- and cayenne powder in the sour cream if you wish to have it a bit stronger.
Take out the nachos from the oven, and serve it warm. The rest of the chips that is still in the bag pour them in a bowl and serve them together with the nachos.
