Start the oven at 180 degrees Celsius.
Heat up a frying pan with the canola oil, and fry the mince beef.
In a bowl add all the spices and mix together.
Cut the tomatoes and the leek in small pieces.
Add the tomatoes, leek and the mince meat in the bowl with the spices and mix well.
Brush a oven form with some oil and cover the bottom and edges with tortilla bread.
Add the beef mixture on the tortilla breads and cover the mixture with the rest of the tortilla breads.
Mix the cottage cheese with the egg and shredded mozzarella, and pour it on top of the lasagna.
Place in the middle of the oven for 30 minutes and serve warm with a green salad on the side.
