This is a recipe of a homemade South American cake made out of three different kind of milks. It gives a very soft and rather sweet taste. The difference with this cake is that you don´t divide the cake to put the filling in between the layers. Instead you pour the filling directly on top of the cake to make it soft and spongy.

Another way of doing Enchiladas is with chicken. With this recipe it takes just a few minutes of preparation to make the enchiladas. This is a perfect dish for a Friday evening. They are creamy, cheesy and delicious, and more healthy than fast food.
Nachos is a Tex-Mex dish and can be served in many different ways, as a starter, snack or a main dish. This recipe is nachos out of mince beef and is more as a main dish, then a starter or a snack. To enhance the flavor it is really tasteful to serve some fresh vegetables and sour cream on the side. It is perfect to serve this dish when you have friends or family over for a casual Friday evening.
