An easy but delicious summer dish with tender ground beef together with potatoes and a cold tzatziki sauce. The potatoes have a crispy surface and a soft inside which gives a wonderful taste together with the moist beef and creamy sauce.

200 ml Greek yogurt

400 gr Mince beef

4 tablespoons Bread crumbles

1 Egg

100 ml Milk

Oven temperature:

Instructions:

Start the oven with electrical heat at 200 degrees Celsius.

Wash and cut the potatoes in thin slices.

Put the potatoes on a oven form sprinkle the salt and the olive oi on top.

Place the potatoes in the oven for 30 minutes. Flip the potatoes from time to time.

Wash and grate the cucumber. Pour half of the salt on top of the cucumber, and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Squeeze out the water from the the cucumber, and sprinkle the rest of the salt on top of of it.

Pour the Greek yogurt in a bowl and mix it with the cucumber and the olive oil.

Press the garlic clove in the sauce and mix it all.

Let the sauce rest in the fridge until it is time to serve it.

Mix the bread crumbles, milk and egg in a bowl, and let it rest 10 minutes.
