After my son read about owls in school, I wanted to surprise him with this special lunchbox. He was very happy when he came back home and said his friends thought he hade the best lunch of the day. Next time they came by the house they asked if we had some owls sandwiches for snacks. Perfect snack for kids, you can make it with whatever fruits, berries and vegetables you find at home.

A homemade saffron sponge roll with coconut mousse in not the most common cake but is a perfect choice to serve together with the coffee from advent to Christmas. You can cover the cake with white chocolate mousse and serve it as a Yule log.
These small mice cheeses on biscuits are both delicious and fun to make… and to eat! Why not letting the kids help preparing them so you all can have a fun time in the kitchen while creating these small treats? You can personalize the mice after what you have at home, and do I need to say this is a perfect choice for a birthday party snack.
