Topping
Put the chickpeas in a deep bowl and mix them with a mixer.
Add the olive oil in the bowl, and mix it.
Squeeze the juice from the citron in the mixture, and add the spices, and mix it well.
Let the hummus rest in the fridge while waiting for the pizza bottom to be ready to roll out.
Bottom
Crumb the yeast in a bowl, and then add the honey and the salt.
Pour finger warm water (37 degree Celsius) in the bowl and stir slowly until it is lump free.
Add the olive oil and the flour, and work the dough so it become shiny and smooth.
Put a plastic film and a towel over the bowl, and let it rest for 40-60 minutes in the oven without heat.
Take out the dough from the oven, and roll it in the shape you like to have it. Place the pizza bottom on a baking paper.
Start the oven at 175 degree Celsius.
Spread the tomato sauce on the pizza bottom.
Spread the hummus evenly on the tomato sauce.
Cut the halloumi cheese in thin slices and spread them on the pizza.
Put the pizza in the oven for approx 20 minutes, and then take it out and serve it warm.
