This is a dish based on potatoes and whatever meat product you have as left over at home, like sausages, ham, bacon or kassler. Best served with fried eggs and salt cucumber or cooked beets.

Instructions:

Peel and cut the potatoes in small pieces.

Boil the potatoes until they become medium soft.

Fry the potatoes in a frying pan with some of the butter until the dices have a soft brown surface.
