In a casserole, melt the butter. Turn off the heat.
Add the saffron and white chocolate, stir until the chocolate is melted.
Add the eggs, sugar, almond flour and salt. Stir together.
Place a baking paper in a baking form.
Pour the batter in the form.
Place in the middle if the oven for 25 minutes.
Take it out and let it cool down. Serve it with some whipped cream.
