Delight your guest with this holiday centerpiece. This stuffed butternut squash is gorgeous and taste delicious. The stuffing can be adapted but I keep it simple by using veal, bacon and spices. This way the squash keeps the lovely texture with wonderful flavors.
A homemade chicken salad with tender deep-fried chicken and red quinoa. Could be served as a main dish or as a side dish together with some rice or noodles. If you like a dip sauce on the side a cold garlic sauce fits perfect together with the salad.
A different starter made out of avocado, grapefruit and cream. the mousse will have a creamy texture and can be served as it is or on white bread. Do not make it more than 1 day before serving because it tends to lose its beautiful color fast.
