I was invited to a friend's house warming party a while back, and she served this wonderful crispy shrimp cake. I really like seafood, and this cake fits perfect all year around. Best part, it's quick and easy to make, and you prepare it one day in advance.

Start the oven at 225 degrees Celsius.
