Start the oven at 225 degrees Celsius.
Roll out the puff pastry roll on a baking paper. Put the paper on a baking sheet.
Whisk together the egg and water and brush the puff pastry.
Place in the middle of the oven for 10 minutes. Take out and let cool down. Press down the puff pastry if needed.
Mix together the cream cheese and the creme fraiche.
Cut the dill and add in the cheese mixture.
Spread evenly on the puff pastry.
Cut the horse radishes and place evenly on the cake.
Spread the sugar snaps and shrimps on the cake. Ready to serve.
